Where can I find the original list of graves or a plot map of the Middletown Cemetery in Placerville? I have seen Shanna Steed's transcription of the grave list, but there are mistakes in the transcription. Where can I find the orginal?

I have a copy of the map after the survey & GPR were done. There are no historic maps or burial lists for any of our pioneer cemeteries. Is there something I can help you with?

This week I am planning on going to Middletown Cemetery
to take a picture of the stone of Robert Ballingal.

I am doing this to help a person who has helped me with my research.

If you could let me know the location of his grave, I would be very appreciative.

His grave is in Section C, grave #17. From the gate into the cemetery, follow the road to where the turn-around starts going left. C-17 will be on the west fence-line. C-18 to 20 are unknown graves. C-16 is George VanDorn, 1868-1935. Do you have info on any family members that might also be buried here? If you want a copy of the map, you can get one thru the Recorder's Ofc.
