My ancestor research has brought me to Burnell Smith Cole b. 8/8/1904 in IL and d. 8/11/1989 in Diamond Springs.He owned a auto repair shop. Burnell's wife is or was Aileen Wood. Burnell had a brother, Sanford, I have been unable to find info on him. Their mother was Julia Gerladine (Sanford) Cole. I think she was remarried after her husband died. Unable to find info on her husband other than he died when the boys were young.
Sanford had one child that I can find I am hoping there are others that are still alive and want to share information. Sanford was married to Dorothye (Possible maiden name of Hayward) their daughter was Janice Cole.
I Believe that Sanford and his wife and child lived in Orange Co in the 30's
If anyone knows of this family your help would be greatly appreciated. I have information on Julia (Sanford) Cole that dates back to the 1600's and would love to share

There is a Sanford Sherman Cole that died in 1974 in Oregon and is buried in the Oregon National Cemetery with what looks like a second wife named Rosa. Looks like Dorothye is in the Calfornia Death index as Dorothye Hayward Bockelmann d. 1987 in Orange County, mother nee Graves, father Hayward.

I may have sonme information that will help you. My father was Alieens brother Weslie. He had a twin named Leslie. They lived in or around Placerville CA. for a time. The last time I saw Bun was in the middle 60's. At that time he was living in Lawndale ca. which is in the Los Angles area. He had a carborator and electric shop. If you have anything in the way of birth or death certificates I woul like to have copies.
