I will be at that address after May 16, however I am currently at this e-mail address until then. I would also like to discover who ALBERT RANSOM TAGGART was (who his parents were). He was b. 5 Feb 1887 in Smith River but he died in Humboldt Co. CA. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.
