Five days before Katrina hit Louisiana, a researcher, God bless her, contacted me as to the maybe whereabouts of a second cousin. His name was George W. Morton, whom I had been searching for since discovering he exisyted, that was 2001. I called the phone num ber she told me of and thank od it was him. We spoke over the telephone for nearly two hours. He had mentioned he had lived in Crescent City, which took me by surprise as once I had, too. Not the same period of years, though. Five days later he died as result of Katrina. This is a follow up to his and my talk, I would like to discover where in Crescent City he lived and for how long and lastly if his boys were there with him at the time??
