Judy..sorry about the delay in reply. Did your family change their names to Dennis? I have my GF service records, very interesting they describe him as fair skin with a ruddy complexion. I do have a couple of pictures of him. Still am unable to find his side of the family, My mother says his family was unhappy with him when he married GM, and really didn't have much to do the them after that. They did offer to send my mother to nursing school (didn't happen) She got married instead. San Miguel was mentioned on some of the records I did find.

Were you able to find much info from Hawaii?
