I'm searching for any relatives of Julia Mae Hall, born about 1925/26 in Arkansas. She gave birth to me in Portland, Oregon in 1963 at Multnomah Hospital and I was immediately placed in foster care. I was told by social workers that I had several siblings throughout the U.S. but I was the only one born in Oregon. She is also black. If anyone knows her please respond. Thank you.
