Looking for a photo of Letitia "Lettie" Mills Lewis (1829-1913). She was the daughter of Seth and Charity Mills, and the wife of George Washington Lewis. Lettie and her husband lived in the Middle Fork Valley area near present-day Elkins. Lettie was a weaver and a coverlet she made is in our collection here at the Shiloh Museum of Ozark History. We're writing a book on the coverlets in our collection and we'd like to include a photo of the weaver when possible. We have a very poor quality photo of Lettie so I'm hoping somebody out there has a better one. You can email me directly at syoung@springdalear.gov
