Looking for descendants of Hezekiah Brown who was living in Washington Co., AR in 1850 and 1860 near Elm Springs. In the 1850 census he is listed with the James Duncan Family. I believe that wife Sarah may have been a daughter. He is listed with Malinda Brown, who may have been a daughter or more than likely a second wife. I'm trying to piece together possible children. The only child that I'm positive was his son is William N. Brown....who is also listed in the same censuses living next door. Other posible children are: Hezekiah Brown who m. Elizabeth (he lived near the older Hezekiah) and Charity Collins (listed in same twp in 1860), wife of Martin Collins. There is probably another child names Martin Collins Brown. No further information. The Brown family and Collins family seem to follow each other. Both were in Bedford Co., TN. And although, Hezekiah Brown arrived in Washington Co., AR in 1854....Martin Collins followed him and was there in 1860 (see land patent records for Washington Co., AR)...Can anybody help me?
