Hello Kay,
I don't think that we are talking about the same John F.
Chappell. My John Fayrel Chappell is the son of James
Chappell and Elizabeth Miller. He has a brother named
Edward white Chappell. I know he was born in Arkansas but
he died in California in 1942. If you see any connection
that I have missed please let me know.
