If you are still out there, I would like to correspond. I am researching Margaret V. Powell who married Simpson H. Winston. In the 1900 census Margaret V. Winston was in Oregon Co., MO living as a widow with her daughter and son-in-law William and Salina A. Kerley. A son Robert F. Winston, who was a physician, died in Oregon Co., MO and William Kerley was the physician on his DC.
