Charles Weier marries Lela Ola Todd - but twice?

I found two marriage records for Charles Lee Weier and Lela Ola Todd on Ancestry.com's "Arkansas County Marriages, 1837-1957" data base, one for 1931, one for 1934:

----------
Name: Charles Lee Weier, age 21
Residence: Forrest City, St Francis, Arkansas
Spouse's Name: Ola Todd, age 18
Spouse's Residence: Forrest City, Saint Francis, Arkansas
Marriage Date: 23 Feb 1931
Marriage License Date: 14 Feb 1931
Marriage County: St Francis
FHL Film Number: 2404065

----------

Name: C L Weier, age 25
Residence: Forrest City, St Francis, Arkansas
Spouse's Name: Lela Ola Weier, age 21
Spouse's Residence: Forrest City, Saint Francis, Arkansas
Marriage Date: 14 Nov 1934
Marriage License Date: 13 Nov 1934
Marriage County: St Francis
Event Type: Marriage
FHL Film Number: 2404066

----------

Explanations I have come up with:

1) They found out the first minister was a fraud and did it again. (That's the juciest, considering what the neighbors would say in that decade about two young people living in sin, even though it was inadvertent.)

2) The transcriber missed his/her stroke, and while there was a marriage on 14 Nov 1934, it was for a couple 1, 2 or 3 lines above or below Charles and Lela Ola on the microfilm. (Argument against this, she is Lela Ola WEIER in 1934, which was her married name, and their ages are accurate.)

3) They remarried as a gesture of "If I had to do it again, I would"; although when couples do this they usually do it after 20, 25, 30 or 40 years.

4) None of the above.

Any ideas?
