I am trying to find out if anyone knows of a Foster Home in Sebastian County or Franklin County in the 1950'S. I am searching for my birth mother and siblings. My birth certificate says place of birth Ozark, Franklin County. When I was made a ward of the state it took place in Sebastian County. Also, does anyone know anything about a bus station cafe near Ft. Chaffe in 1956 - 1957?
