Now on this day this cause as to the report of the commissioner herefore filed herein came on to be heard, and the court after hearing the report of the commissioner filed and being fully advices in the premises doth approve said report. It is therefore ordered and considered by the court that said report is in all things confirmed and approved and that the Plaintiff M. J. Blair be [?] she is hereby allotted the following described real estate as alimony; [?] in Searcy Co., Ark to with: Part of the S ½ of the NW ¼ of section 23 township 14 N. of Range 15 W more fully described as follows to with:
Beginning at the mouth of a certain spring or [?] which enters Beglie's creek about one hundred yards north of the point where the line running east and west between section 23 and 26 crosses said Beglie's creek, and running up Beglie's creek twenty-five rods and five feet thence east 4 degrees south 158 Rods thence south twenty five rods and five feet to the South East corner of said SW ¼ of said section 23, thence west on section line between sections 23 and 26 to the point where said section line crosses said spring Branch thence down said spring branch to the mouth thereof it being the place of Beginning containing 25 acres more or less to have and to hold the same during her natural life.
