I am trying to IDENTIFY the parents and/or siblings of
John R. POWERS.

I cannot find him in 1870 but I THINK this is him in 1880 ?

"T.L." is Thomas - per dtr Margaret's death certificate may be nicknamed "Jake"
"E.A." is Elizabeth - per dtr Margaret's death certificate her maiden name may be [Knight].

Thomas and Elizabeth's oldest son Columbus C. married Mary Frances [Oakley] 19 Dec 1871 Yell Co AR and in 1880 was living in Magazine, Yell Co AR and moved to Stephens Co TX.

Thomas, Elizabeth and son Columbus were in Marshall Co MS 09 Oct 1850. Within 1 year they moved to Arkansas.
On 31 Jul 1860 they lived in Tomlimsom, Scott Co AR.
In 1870 I THINK they were still in Arkansas but I have searched all of AR everyway I can think of but nothing and I desparately need the information on this census.
SO between 31 Jul 1860 and 12 Jun 1880 they moved from Scott Co AR to Yell Co AR.
