I found Elizabeth Montgomery's name in my database but that's all. My understanding is that both GWKs (not sure which one married Elizabeth Montgomery) may have died sometime in the late 1860s, one maybe before. Jefferson County is of course next door to Grant County, and I think there was a boundary change at some time involving Saline. I've forgotten, but know that I have had to write both Grant and Saline for things I thought would be in one or the other.

Mrs. Billingsley's book has an excellent discussion of the probate of George Polk Keesee's will, pages 130 and 131, if WorldCat shows a copy of her book near your location--but as to your specific question, not seeing anything except possible leads.
