I have obtained a copy of an old summons and would like more info if available.This a summons by the State of Ark., Sheriff of randolph Co. to summon "John R T Gaither and Maude Gaither on 1st day of the next July term of the Circuit Court a complant filed by the Hoxie, Pocohantas and Northern Railroad" dated July 1896. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
