Also trying to find death record for Sarah Jane Clinton Dollar wife to Dave born September 23, 1890in Missouri or AR. died in
Little Rock, Pulaski Co. AR buried in England, Lonoke Co. AR.

I have wrote to Vital records and they claim they don't have any records. I have their orbits from the Arkansas Democrat so I know so I dont undrstand why I cant find their death records any suggestions would be helpful.
