I’m seeking information on: George Washington Martin, b. Nov. 1826 in South Carolina. His wife was Sarah Emilisa (Unknown), b. Nov. 1836 in South Carolina. They married, probably, in Cherokee County, Alabama. They came to Lee County, MS before 1870. They are found on the 1850 & 1860 census for Cherokee County, AL along with George’s parents Washington and Hannah Perry Martin.
