I, too, am a descendant from this line...

Green Berry and Nancy Jane Clark Davis were my g.grandparents, their son Charie G Davis and his wife Lillian Lee Campbell Davis were my maternal grandparents, thier 6th child and youngest, Lillian Marie Davis Hill is my mother.

I recently saw a posting somewhere regarding Acie Dean Davis (spelling of name on his marker) that completely confused me.

I have a tree going on Ancestry.com, and I have Green Berry Davis as the son of Acie Dean Davis (married to Mary Owens). According to one posting, Acie's father was named Greenberry Davis. According to another posting, his father should've been named Asa Dean Davis (Sr.?).

Now I'm not sure how many Green Berry's and Acie Dean's there are and in what order they should be in... Any assistance would be greatly appreciated...
