I am married to Lloyd Parks, the son of Tice and Nancy Parks (Poinsett County, AR) Bert and his wife are both buried in Shiloh Cemetery South of Harrisburg on Hwy 163.
I was on the internet looking for info on Tice Parks and came across this. Would appreciate any info you might have. I did find a Tice Parks born in Cotton, Oklahoma- birth date around 1899. He was born in 1900.
