The area around Harrisburg, down Hwy 1 to Wynne, AR was part of St. Francis County in the 1830's, then became part of Poinsett County , and the lower part of that, is now part of Cross County. I believe the change to Poinsett was about 1860/1865, but that may be when it became Cross County. Marriages at that time may have taken place in any of those counties. I found some of my Prince relatives married in Cross County about 1870, I think.
