I am seeking to identify an unknown child for Benjamin Nelson (Nilsson) and Ida Mollergren in Arkansas or South Dakota.

Benjamin Nelson and Ida Mollergren were married 20 September 1870 in Helena, Phillips, Arkansas. Their first five children were born in Arkansas, then the family eventually moved to Sully County, South Dakota where two other children were born.

On the 1900 US Census in Sully County, South Dakota, Ida is mentioned as being the mother of 8 children with only 6 living. This suggests there is one child missing.

I have found a Maggie Nelson in an 1880 Mortality Schedule for Helena, Phillips County, Arkansas. But don’t have any more information to confirm whether or not this person belongs to the family listed above. If she does belong to the family, according to the mortality schedule she was born in 1879 and died in March 1880.
