Try to find James Stringer in the National Cemetery in Memphis Tennessee. After the war was over all Union Soldiers were disinturned and there remains carried to Memphis Tennessee and reburied in the National Cemetery there in Memphis, Tenn. Only the Confederate Soldiers were left buried in Helena. There should be a web site for the National Cemetery in Memphis with the listing of who is buried there.
