WL Crumbaugh is William Montgomery Crumbaugh, born in Kentucky on 31 Oct 1835.
The 1900 census shows him:
1900 E.D. 78, Marion Twp., Phillips Co., Arkansas, federal census, p. 10B
Crumbaugh, Wm. Oct 1835 64 single
others living in his household

Orpha and William Montgomery Crumbaugh's brother, David Burnett was arrested by federal authorities in KY in 1861 trying to leave KY to go to Arkansas. He stated his reason for going to Arkansas was to practice law. He eventually made it to Arkansas, where he joined the 1st Arkansas Cavalry (CSA). After the war he returned to KY.
I am trying to locate any information I can on these people in Phillips County. Thanks
