I found a Sallie Mitchell widow on the 1910 Perry Co. Census, with several children, one of whom was James R. age 8. There were other Mitchells in the county but none fit the names. Have not found any matches for the 1900 census. They were in Houston, AR, so you might try Faulkner or Pulaski counties they are nearby. Jan
