Hey I live in El Dorado, Ark. My moms people are from OUachita Co and Nevada Co. There is a COOTER Neck that we go through on our way to Little Rock. It is on Hwy.167 N.
We are 2 hrs.south of Little Rock. Cooter neck is about 80 miles south of L.R. I have lived in North Arkansas for 7 years and camped all over the state and I have never heard of Cougar Neck. Cooterneck has a volunteer fire dept. That is how I recognized the name from their building. Good Luck
