I really could not say whether he was or wasn't related to my line of Collins. My Collins line was from my G Grandmother Emma Della Parks-Fryer line. Her mother was a Collins. Her name was Margaret Collins-Parks-Fryer. Her father was William Collins and Martha A.(Patsy Sandiford)Collins. I believe they were origionally from South Carolina.
The Collins had many children; Margaret(Maggie)Collins married a Robert Parks, had the following children:

Dave Parks married a Liz Cain.
