I would like to know if someone might know Billy Tanner of Lonoke. I met him in 1973 at the skating rink there in lonoke and last seen him in the summer of 1977 and would just like to say hi. I am in no way looking to cause any problems for him if he is married that is not what this is about. I am from Lonoke and have lived in California for 31 years but was back there to visit in 04, 05, 06 and did not know how to contact him. If there is anyone that can give me any information that would be great. I do know that he did live on Lingo Rd and I believe that he still does.
