Can you tell me how to find my brother's birth record. I believe he was born in Paris, Logan Co., Ark. not Riverside County, California like his military records say. Riverside, California is where he registered for the military. The Purple Heart people need his information and I can't find it. I also can't locate his two certificate numbers for his Purple Heart's and they need that also. Any Idea's?
