I don't want to brag, but if you took someone who had never eaten at any place nicer than Denny's to the Olive Garden or Red Lobster, he'd think it was the finest restaurant in the world. The restaurant critic for the NY Times would have a different opinion of either chain. The point is, praise depends on your experience.
