The mother and father of Lee, Charlie, Pline were Ellen Bishop and William M. Fitzgerald, according to my records. Ellen's mother was Julie Massey who had married Daniel Bishop. Julie was born in Monroe county Mississippi about 1853 and her family, father Lott Porter Massey, moved to Columbia County Arkansas about 1855 or so. One of Lott's sons was a William W. Massey who is my great grandfather. We have a picture of Lott that has been cut from what looks like a family picture. We think that about 1895 or so when Lott's wife died, Parthania Worford, the family split. The younger children left for TExas and Oklahoma while the older ones Julie Bishop, Nancy Clifford, and possibley Mary stayed in Arkansas. William the oldest son got Lott's part of the picture, Margaret, the youngest daughter got a letter that Parthania had gotten from Lott from a Union prison camp where he later died. We were hoping that Julie's desendents might have the other part of the picture. I know that Loban Massey lived inthis general area but as far as I know, we are not kin but that doesn't mean we aren't. If you have seen a picture that sounds anything like this let me know. If you wish more detail let me know also. Martey Massey
