These folks don't match my file's Joseph Stewart, d. abt 1868, married to Jennie Davis, d. abt. 1904.
Children born as early as 12 Feb 1825 (Louisinda C. Stewart, who married my Marcellus Montgomery Tellie Swift in 1855).
But, just to look in the books, there is:
Mickel's History of Johnson Co. Vol. 1 p. 86 - Joseph Stewart is a landowner in T 10 R23 1850
ibid p. 91 T12 R25 1848
ibid p. 101 Joseph Stewart is appointed as a viewer of the proposed change in the road leading from Clarksville to Joseph Adkins in Perry Township. The road would come to Stewart's property.
ibid p. 104 Joseph Stewart is appointed justice to apportion hands to the overseers (Spadra Township - Joseph Stewart).
ibid p. 119 Joseph Stewart is listed as a Justice of the Peace voting on the per diem pay of the county and probate judges.
ibid p. 154 Joseph Stewart was a second lieutenant of Company C, mustered June 30, 1846, for service in the Mexican War. Stewart resigned, being replaced by James F. Fagan.
ibid p. 334 from a list of Johnson County officials, Joseph Stewart was Coroner 1846-1848.
The other names you include are not mentioned in Vol 1 or 2 of this book. There are also volumes 3 & 4, but I do not have those in hand.
