Thanks for writing. I don't believe these are the same families. even though the share names. My BOENS were never in GA. My James Monroe BOEN was born 1830 in IL and his father William Monroe BOEN was born 1813 in TN.

It is very strange that they too... died in Johnson County, ARK! The wives are different than the ones you mentioned. James was married to Zilpha HORNER and William was married to Nacrissa FARMER (I have proof of this).. Happy hunting!!
