Saw on the news tonight that a lost cemetery has been found near Newport. People who bought property were clearing out the vines and small trees and happened upon a cemetery. There are markers for some of the graves, mostly surnames ROBERSON & WADDILL. A neighbor told the property owner there may be as many as 50 graves on the land. The latest known burial was in 1904. The only name I was able to get was Margaret, wife of John ROBERSON. She was born in 1799. I didn't catch the date of death. Good luck to persons hunting this name!
