I have lived around Balch Ar. all my life and I am 50 years old. I remember a Felix Brumley many years ago, he was a verry old man then, I think he has a son named Clarence Brumbly who is in the Regional Healthcare in Newport Ar,, Clarence has two daughters, one is named Vericona Brumbley, she was married to a Wayne Evins but he died, and I think she now is married to a Mann(Wayne) i think, she has a sister named Barbara who was married to a Williams.I will try to find out one of there phone numbers for you and post it.
