In the 1890 property tax list for Jackson County is the surname "Rollins" per the surname index on rootsweb. My second great-grandfather Rollins (first name unknown--possibly either John or something beginning w/ a W) has been very elusive for years! However, he did live in Tuckerman, Arkansas at the time of this tax list. I'm not sure exactly how the circuit clerk archives land records, but would be so appreciative if anyone is able to look up land records in Tuckerman for the last name "Rollins." Thank you so much!
