Have a little information on this family we are thinking that maybe Richard could be a relative of Oscar, James Garfield Holland, know that James Garfield would go visit Hugh Barb and Clora Barb in Tuckerman Jackson Ark. Clora was relations to his wife Roxey Dyress she was her half sister. Garfields grandson Joe has a ledger some of it anyway so he is trying to piece it together of who the family belong to. We are hoping that Richard P Holland is a clue to our side of the family that we really don't know much about.
