I am seeking the family of Sina GALLOWAY, b 1822/SC, d 1912/Izard Co. AR (buried Violet Hill Cem), m William WILSON ca 1839/SC or GA. These WILSONS were in Unknown county SC or GA/1840, 1850 (twice)/Cherokee Co., GA and Jackson Co., GA, 1860-70/DeKalb Co. AL, ca 1872-1879/Izard Co. AR, 1880 on/Baxter Co. AR.

I just received info from family notes that state that “Sina GALLOWAY’S parents were wealthy slave-owners in SC; she was disinherited after her marriage to WILSON.” I have found who I believe to have been her mother, Mary/Polly GALLOWAY, b ca 1786, living in Sina’s household census of 1860/DeKalb AL-not found after that; probably died, but no record found yet.
