I don't know if you are still monitoring these, but I have a John Webb born in TN, whose parents were born in VA, who came to Mine Creek, Hempstead/Howard, AR after the Civil War. Stopped off in Ringgold, GA for a while. Buried in County Line Cemetery. I don't know much about his parents so I don't know how much more help I can be.
