A lot of the county genealogy research websites have moved their data to various servers. Some links from the former website are still available/searchable, until all are moved. Try a Clusty(Clusty.com) Search for (Hempstead County, AR: Genealogy) to view the various former 'rootsweb' links. Another good website for Hempstead County genealogy research:
