James Lofton Busby lived in Grant Co. Ark. according to the 1870 census. Family history says he may have married a woman named Crow who was possibly the daughter of Asa or Acey Crow of Grant Co. The Crows lived at Crow's Mill which is Spring Lake on Arch Street in Little Rock. The census calls the area where the Busby's lived Sandy Springs. The Crows were in Simpson Township. I am also interested in information on Lemuel Crow of Grant Co. Does anyone know if the old mill still exists? Does anyone have any more information about this family? Thanks so much.
