John Dorn and Rebecca Litzsey were married in Pine Bluff, Jefferson County, AR in 1900. Prior to claiming Pine Bluff as their home they were residents of Bookman, Grant County. Rebecca died fourteen years later leaving John with the responsibility of raising their children. The 1920 AR census indicated that John had married for a second time. Willie Dorn was his new wife and was 20 years of age at the time of the census.
