Please email me!! Lucy P. Edmundson is Lucy Paralee Edmundson. My great grandmother is Martha Lenora Peralee Brewer, she married Frank Gwin. Her brothers were Tom and Joe Brewer, and several infants that died. Her mother was Martha Jane Wilkinson and John Milton Brewer. John Milton Brewer's parents were Benjamin Harvey Edward Brewer and Lucy Peralee Edmundson. And then Harvey's parents were Thomas Jefferson Brewer (possibly of Ala or NC) and Mary Carr. I have info of a wagon train that left Alabama and settled in Grant County

You may have this info already, but Benjamin Harvey Edward Brewer was born 9-8-1822, in AL and died 5-8-1889. He married Lucy Paralee Edmonson, d/o John Edmonson and Polly WRight. Brewer's parents were Thomas Jefferson Brewer, b. 1797 in AL, and Mary Carr, d/o JOhn Carr.

They moved to Grant County AR in the 1840's and John Carr lived with them and is listed in one census, I'll check which one. They had at least 9 children, including:
Thomas Jefferson Brewer, b. 12-3-1846;
Melissa, b. 10-19-1848; m. Imbeau,
Manerva, b. 5-27-1850; m. McMillan,
John M., b. 1-8-1855; m. 1. Lassiter, 2. Wilkinson Wilson
Wm. Columbus, b. 4-17-1858; m. Morris,
Mary Eliza, b. 7-29-1860; m. 1. Puckett, 2. Puckett
Martha Ann; b. 12-18-1863; m.Lindsey
Harris Pinckham, b. 5-18-1866; m. Bratton,
James MacDonald, b. 2-23-1869. m. Henslee

Both Wm. Columbus and James Mac married into my family, later, two of my g-aunts married Joe Brewer (Carrie Camp) and Garland Gwin (Wilma Camp), both descendants of Harvey and Parlee.

Will share my info.

Hi Carolyn. I would be most interested in your information of a wagon train that left Alabama and settled here in Grant County. My GGGrandmother was Mary Eliza Brewer, daughter of Lucy Paralee Edmondson and Benjamin Harvey Brewer.

Please respond if it's not too late.

Thanks.

I realize this post is 4 years old, but I'm also researching the Brewer line. My ggrandmother was Mary E. Brewer Puckett. My grandfather was Joseph Harvey Puckett who was the son of Mary E. Brewer and William Mack Puckett. My mother was the daugher of Joseph Harvey and Jennie Stuckey Puckett.

Any information you can provide will be appreciated.

I am of the Harvey Brewer, Lucy Paralee Edmundson Brewer line. My grandmother was Martha Lenora Brewer [Gwin], d/o John Milton Brewer and Martha Wilkinson Wilson Brewer. Her brothers were Tom and Joe. Would appreciate any information anyone might have on the Brewers and Edmondson lines or any related line. I don't have much but will share what I have. Thank you.
