I am looking for James Blanchard, born circa 1926 to Julia (Zula) Blanchard. He is listed on the 1930 Garland County census in Hot Springs. James had one brother, Leroy and one sister, Martine. Leroy was raised by Johnie and Maggie Shoults. Martine was murdered by a husband/boyfriend 1945-1955. James may have been mixed race and was reported adopted.
