While I can't provide the information you seek, perhaps I can provide some other genealogical information you don't have, as I'm Wanda Lou(ise)'s grandson. I can only presume you're connected with my father's "Uncle Bay" in some way.

My grandmother was born 31 March 1925 in Hot Springs and passed on 10 Sep 1999 in Islip, Suffolk County, NY. She married my grandfather, C. Kenneth Soper, on 12 Aug 1944. He passed on 1 June, 1984. Of course, there's also the Joe Wheatley incident, but I can't say she was forthcoming with that particular information!
