I am looking for Nathan Bird; is he a son of Asa and Elizabeth Bird? Nathan Bird was born Tn and moved to Dunklin Co, Mo. He was in the Civil War; was home on leave when bush whackers came and shot and killed him in front of his family and then stole everything they could and burnt the house to the ground.
