Just a gentle reminder:

Please remember to fill in the SURNAME line with (only) the surnames in your message,(in CAPS). This helps people who are searching on surnames, especially if the surname is also a common word or a given name. (For example, Field, Cousin, James, Joseph, Monday, etc.) Only a surname search will find the message with only those SURNAMES, rather than a given name or just a word. This may help you with contacts otherwise missed.

The SUBJECT lines is also important, in that it will help people who are BROWSING through the boards to know if a message interests them.

A general search will search on any word in the message or subject line.
