Father james W Hare died 1862 was in the Monticello Guards.
his son Alonzo enlisted at Monticello Ark Feb 22 1862 dischared for disability at Corinth Miss. on May 18 1862.
Sarah America Hare Turnage moved to Union Parish La by 1870 and Christopher Hare was living with her.

James W Hair obtained land from the Government in the extreme N.W. Corner of Drew, near tows of Bethel and Rock Spring.
