Both of you make reference to an individual named Effie Phelan. I'm searching my Phelan line and believe that I have found one more of my great-grandfather's sons, William Jerry Phelan. He was married to a lady named Effie. They married around 1908 and were living in McGehee, Arkansas in 1910 when the census was taken. He was a railway engineer for Mo Pac RR. Listed with them was a 1 yr old daughter, Edith M. In 1920 they were still living in the same place but their daughter is now listed as "Maurice". By 1930 it seems William Jerry is no longer living and Effie & Maurice are now living in Memphis.
Do either of you know anything about Effie or her daughter? I would love to hear from you about any possible descendants of William Jerry & Effie.
Thanks very much,
