Could the following be little Edith Maurice Phelan? In the thirties a family lived in Wynne (Crossing for Missouri Pacific Railway.) This family had a son born in 1929 or close, named Phelan Boone. His father was probably a railroad employee, as were most of the men in Wynne at that time. The mother (Edith?) would have been born in approximately 1909. I am sorry that I do not know her first name, nor do I know where they moved when they left Wynne, possibly in the early forties. If I am correct, Phelan was an only child. They lived on Cottonwood Street across from ArkMo Lumber Company, later Wynne Lumber Co.

I will be looking for more information on Phelan Boone, possibly Edith's son.
